Shipping
How long will my order take?
All our products are dispatched within 2-4 working days, however as we are a small team this lead time may change if we are on holiday! Any shipping changes will be shown prior to purchasing your order on each product page as well as at checkout.
How much is postage?
Standard delivery is free for all orders over £35, any smaller orders have a delivery cost of £2.45. All our orders are shipped on a Royal Mail Tracked48 service as standard however we do have the option to updrade to express shipping with Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Can I get my order any quicker?
If you're on a tighter deadline, we offer an Express service that will upgrade your shipping to Royal Mail Tracked24. This shipping upgrade costs £4.95.
Do you ship worldwide?
At the moment, our website is only set to UK shipping, however if you would like to place an order to ship overseas, please send us a message over on our Etsy site and we'll add in some freebies in with your order as a Thank You! You can find our Etsy store here:
Can I change my delivery address?
If you have noticed an error in the delivery address on your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can try to amend this for you. Unfortunately we aren't able to make any amendments once your order has left our workshop. If your order get's returned back to us after this, we can get this shipped back out to you at your correct address for the cost of £2.45 (UK only).
Do I need to be home to sign for my order?
No, we don't require a signature so don't worry if you're not home when your order arrives! Most of our orders are shipped Royal Mail Large Letter which will fit through a standard letter box, unless you have placed a larger order which would be shipped as a Parcel. In this case, if you're not home then Royal Mail will usually leave it in your Safe Place or post you a note on how to arrange a re-delivery.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped from us, you'll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number so you can keep an eye on it as it makes it's way to you.
Where is my order?
If your order has passed your advised delivery date but hasn't yet arrived with you, please check your Royal Mail tracking and if this does not provide any updates, please send us a message using the enquiry form on this page and we'll look into this for you.

Do you use real LEGO® Bricks?
At BrickByBrick23, we only use genuine, brand new LEGO® bricks in every order. This ensures our products are built to the highest quality, durability, and a professional finish. By working exclusively with new pieces, we guarantee that every block looks pristine, feels premium, and also means all our products can be combined with standard LEGO® bricks and accessories.
Can I take my Photo Block apart?
Yes, you can! As we print the ink onto each individual brick, these can then be assembled and disassembled like any other LEGO® brick set.
How will my order arrive?
Your block will arrive fully assembled and can be used as a decorative gift from arrival, however these can be easily disassembled if you’d prefer to gift your block as a fun and interactive puzzle. Arriving assembled allows you, the customer, to choose how to gift your order.
Can you make me a custom product?
Yes absolutely! If you are looking for a specific personalised product, we'd love to help bring your idea to life. Send us a message using the Enquiry Form at the top of the page and we'll get back to you ASAP.
Orders
I've made an error on my order, what can I do?
If your order hasn't been dispatched and you notice an error on your personalisation, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can try and amend the details before your order has been made. If we've already made a start on your order then there may be a charge to make changes however drop us a message and we'll be happy to chat through your options with you.
How do I cancel my order?
Personalised and made to order items are exempt from our cancellation policy as once once an item has been personalised we are unable to cancel this for you. If you would like to cancel your personalised order, please message us as soon as possible as we may be able to cancel this if it's not in production
yet.
Non-Personalised orders can be cancelled prior to shipping. If you are unhappy with your product when it arrives and would like a refund, please ship this back to us in an unopened and unused state and we will process your refund once it arrives back with us.
I've received my order and I love it! How can I leave a review?
Yay! Once your order has arrived, you'll receive an email request with an option to leave a review. We'd love you to let us know what you think! By leaving a review, you can also refer friends and get free gifts and discounts on future orders 🎉
My order has arrived damaged, what can I do?
All our orders are thoroughly checked over by our team prior to being dispatched from us, however on the rare occasion you receive a damaged item please contact us via the message form with your order number and a description of the damage and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
