How long will my order take?
All our products are dispatched within 2-4 working days, however as we are a small team this lead time may change if we are on holiday! Any dispatch delays will be shown on this product page prior to purchasing your order as well as at checkout.
Can you make me a custom product?
Yes absolutely! If you are looking for a specific personalised product, we'd love to help bring your idea to life. Send us a message using the Enquiry Form at the top of the page and we'll get back to you ASAP.
Can I amend my order once I've checked out?
If your order hasn't been dispatched and you notice an error on your personalisation, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can try and amend the details before your order has been made. If we've already made a start on your order then there may be a charge to make changes however drop us a message and we'll be happy to chat through your options with you.
